NOTE:
Payment should be done at two (3) Installments; 1st installment should not less than 70%.
All payments should be completed within two (3) months from the admission date.

OTHER FEES:
(a). Registration form #2,000.00
(b). Handout #5,000.00

REQUIREMENTS:

1 crate of soft drink
A packet of biscuit
A bottle of Eva wine
A bottle of fried groundnut
A plastic chair.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
1.) Opening Time: 7:30am and closing time:6:00pm.
2.) I will be regular to work and also keep my work place clean including the machines daily.
3.) I will not be absent from work except by permission after reasonable excuse.
4.) Must attend Saturday work twice a month.
5.) I will maintain honesty towards the use of machines for work.
6.) I will be polite and jovial with the customers.
7.) Must not bring friends/any visitor to the office outside business.
8.) Any lost/damages of any equipment/machines done by me must be replaced.
FAILURE TO DO THE ABOVE STATED RULES AND REGULATIONS SHALL ATTRACT DISCIPLINARY MEASURES DECIDED BY THE MANAGEMENT.
